Mobilisation & quality control

A service plan
you can manage.

A good facilities service starts with a clear schedule and ends with completed work, useful information and fewer unresolved issues.

01

Walk the spaces

Review occupancy, operating hours, access and the practical condition of the premises. Identify the included areas, tasks and service priorities.

02

Write the specification

Set tasks, frequencies, material responsibilities and quality expectations. Separate routine work, periodic work and additional requests so the service can be understood and priced.

03

Mobilise around the building

Confirm access, inductions, storage, equipment and the contacts for day-to-day decisions. Coordinate with occupiers and existing suppliers before the schedule begins.

04

Check against the schedule

Review completed tasks and inspect the result using the agreed criteria. Record exceptions and identify when the specification or frequency needs adjusting.

05

Resolve and improve

Give issues an owner and a next action. Review recurring faults, missed access and changing occupancy so the service develops with the building.

What the client should see

Talk to the team
Can the service cover just one task?

Yes. Start with the actual task or service you need. Additional divisions are involved only when they are relevant.

How are service standards agreed?

The task schedule, working times, responsibilities, supervision and reporting provide the basis for the service.

Can you coordinate with existing suppliers?

Yes. Supplier responsibilities, access and escalation can be incorporated into the service plan.
